Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Data Management, AI Transformation Manager to join their project immediately and will run for 6 months with possibility of an extension.

The ideal candidate should have 8–10+ years of experience in SAP Data Management, Data Migration, Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Cleansing, and Enterprise Data Transformation initiatives with implementation experience in both brownfield and greenfield environments.

Should also have experience delivering SAP transformation programs involving data migration and governance, a strong understanding of enterprise data management principles, frameworks, and best practices, and a robust understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures, master data domains, and end-to-end business processes.

This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities: SAP Data Manager to lead data management initiatives across SAP landscapes, helping clients improve data quality, governance, migration, integration, and analytics readiness.

Work with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement enterprise data management solutions across SAP platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and related data and analytics technologies.

Lead end-to-end SAP data readiness and conversion workstreams, including data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, mapping, transformation, mock loads, reconciliation, cutover readiness and post-load validation.

Design and operationalize data governance operating models,



including data ownership, stewardship roles, decision rights, data standards, workflow approvals, issue management, quality KPI and scorecards and sustainment processes.

Help clients establish trusted, governed and AI-ready SAP data foundations that support analytics, automation, agentic AI and cross-platform decision intelligence.

Advise clients on MDG design patterns, domain models, workflow governance, validation and derivation rules, integration patterns and clean-core-aligned extensibility using SAP BTP and released APIs where appropriate.

Preferred Experience: Experience with one or more of the following: SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, Reltio, Syniti, Collibra, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Experience designing data governance operating models, data governance workflows, business derivation rules, data stewardship processes, data quality scorecards, and metadata/lineage capabilities.

Familiarity with SAP RISE with SAP, SAP clean-core principles, SAP BTP extensibility, SAP integration patterns, and SAP S/4HANA transformation best practices to support scalable, cloud-native enterprise architectures.

Certifications in SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, DAMA CDMP, or leading data governance and cloud data platforms such as Collibra, Informatica IDMC, Microsoft Purview, Alation, or Databricks.

Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, oral presentations, and SAP data transformation sales pursuits.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
