This role entails working closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement trauma-informed care. You will oversee occupational therapy activities across multiple acute units, ensuring clinical guidance for team members. Rehabilitation efforts will emphasize individual assessments, mobility enhancements, and independence in daily activities, providing comprehensive patient support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate occupational therapy across acute admission units
• Manage daily workflow and team assignments effectively




• Develop programs that promote client functional recovery
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning
• Provide individual and group education to clients

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in the field
• Registration eligibility with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership in therapy and program development
