Affirm is seeking a senior quantitative leader to head the Model Risk Management team. You will oversee underwriting and credit risk validation, while hands-on validating sophisticated ML models and guiding a high-performing team through complex risk assessments.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen the MRM framework, ensure model robustness, and align with regulatory expectations. This is a remote-first, Canada-based role with solid compensation and benefits.
