What you’ll be doing Full-cycle bookkeeping
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll processing
GST, PST, WCB, EHT and payroll remittances
Month-end financial reporting
Journal entries and account reconciliations




Supporting clients with questions and helping them understand their numbers
Working with modern cloud-based bookkeeping technology
We’re looking for someone who has 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks Online (or learns technology quickly)
Strong attention to detail
The ability to prioritize multiple clients and deadlines
A positive, solution-focused attitude
Experience with BC payroll and taxes is an asset
CPB designation or working toward it is a bonus, but not required
