Reporting to the Manager of Community Events, you will support volunteer-led fundraising initiatives and grow the DIY fundraising program. This includes creating fundraising strategies, tracking KPIs, and managing community engagement for successful events. Collaboration with various teams will enhance event impacts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop fundraising strategies for third-party and DIY initiatives
• Measure and report on community event success using KPIs
• Grow community event revenue by 8% to 10% per year




• Manage logistics for partner events and oversee event planning
• Support organizers with resources to achieve goals

Requirements:
• Minimum of four years of related experience
• University degree or college diploma in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in community-led fundraising a plus
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
