Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate BSO interdisciplinary team meetings and rounds
• Actively participate in various advisory committees




• Oversee documentation related to resident behaviors
• Create and present detailed reports on quality indicators
• Analyze medication use and follow up on action plans

Requirements:
• Registered RPN in Ontario with good standing
• Current CPR and First Aid certified
• 3-5 years experience in long-term care
• Knowledge of P.I.E.C.E.S.TM and Gentle Persuasive Approach
• Commitment to BSO program principles
