As a temporary, full-time Early Childhood Educator, your role is pivotal in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. You'll implement the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum, fostering solid relationships with children and families. Collaboration with your team is key to delivering age-appropriate programs and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide creative programming and quality care directly to children
• Build positive relationships with children and their families




• Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe environment
• Deliver engaging programs based on curriculum standards
• Monitor activity transitions and maintain cleanliness

Requirements:
• ECE License recognized in British Columbia
• Preferred Infant Toddler Educator certification
• Strong communication skills required
• CPR-C & AED certificate must be obtained within 30 days
• Provide satisfactory references and criminal record check
