5+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably in the public sector .
Proven experience with Service
Now implementation or enhancement projects.
Knowledge of public sector financial systems , budgeting, and reporting processes in Ontario or other Canadian jurisdictions.
Solid track record of successfully managing offshore development teams .
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
