Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Resident Care Services in alignment with provincial standards
• Lead assessment, planning, and evaluation of care delivery

• Ensure compliance with care and licensing standards
• Implement policies in partnership with the Director of Care

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience
• 5 years in a leadership role with strong management skills
• Knowledge of provincial health legislation and standards
• Experience with Dementia care
• Current registration as RN or LPN in your province
