The Clinical Resource Nurse contributes significantly under the direction of the Manager of Infection Prevention and Control in Health and Transition Services. Your focus will be on providing exceptional nursing care, supporting families, and collaborating with teams to improve service delivery. This role also involves educating staff, participating in clinical activities, and acting as a key clinical resource.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert nursing care to individuals and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care




• Initiate necessary diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Participate in educational activities for staff and families
• Engage in clinical research and outreach activities

Requirements:
• Must be a graduate of an approved RN or RPN program
• Minimum three years of experience in nursing
• Experience with developmental disabilities and Autism preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing practice and ethics
• Valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver's License required
