Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Reliability Specialist plays a crucial role in advancing reliability-centered maintenance strategies. You will manage technical projects, collaborate on predictive maintenance programs, and lead root cause analysis sessions. Your expertise will directly impact quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion Reliability Centered Maintenance initiatives
• Supervise capital projects worth $10,000 to $3,000,000
• Troubleshoot complex engineering and process issues




• Develop predictive maintenance strategies for new equipment
• Review technical drawings and monitor safety compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of reliability experience
• Familiarity with FMEA, RCA, and PM optimization
• Knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety regulations
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools and technologies
