St. Joseph’s Health System (SJHS) in Hamilton, Ontario seeks a Registered Social Worker for a 11-month, full time assignment across Charlton Campus, Reactivation Care Centre Dundas, and Satellite Health Facility.
You will provide psychosocial assessments, counselling, case management, education, and discharge planning to support recovery and quality of life. Required: Bachelor of Social Work; Master’s preferred; registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers; 2 years acute care hospital
