Aplin is seeking an experienced Commercial Paralegal to independently manage commercial financing files for lenders and borrowers. You will work with lawyers, clients, financial institutions, and external stakeholders to ensure transactions close accurately and efficiently.
The role involves handling a broad range of lending matters from file opening through closing, due diligence (Land Titles, PPR/PPSA, CORES), and preparing closing documents. Alberta expertise is essential.
