Here are the main responsibilities:* Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to partners across various business areas;* Conduct legal and regulatory analyses, particularly in insurance and consumer protection, and provide clear, practical recommendations aligned with business needs;* Support the implementation of legislative and regulatory changes;* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements;* Contribute to the development and enhancement of products and services, particularly insurance products and warranties;* Collaborate with business and multidisciplinary teams, as well as Compliance and Risk Management;* Actively participate in working groups and industry committees;* Contribute to continuous improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.
