You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis. Key responsibilities include preparing budgets, conducting data analysis, and producing accurate financial reports. This role demands advanced accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage information flow effectively, especially during changes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly management reports and analyze performance metrics
• Maintain financial models and databases for reporting needs
• Conduct data analysis to support forecasting and planning




• Prepare quarterly forecasts and manage budget compilation
• Assist with cash flow forecasts to identify variances

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA and PivotTables
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to manage tight deadlines
