OBJETIVO Administrar, organizar y controlar la tienda a cargo, impulsando las ventas, la permanencia y desarrollo de su personal, fomentando un clima laborar sano para una mejora continua.
REQUISITOS EDAD: 35 a 45 años
ESCOLARIDAD: LICENCIATURA EN ADMON, GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL O CONTABILIDAD.
EXPERIENCIA MINIMA DE 3 AÑOS COMO JEFE.
Conocimientos en: Administración de personal
Abarrotes y Perecederos
Administración y desarrollo del personal
Control de Inventarios
Conocimientos del mercado
Manejo de efectivo
Protocolos de seguridad e higiene
COMPETENCIAS Responsabilidad
