This full-time role requires collaboration with the Associate Vice President, leading events and overseeing recruitment operations to meet specific portfolio targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct annual recruitment operational plans and strategies
• Develop recruitment pipelines for individual programs




• Oversee planning and execution of recruitment events
• Manage and train admissions team members
• Review admissions processes and requirements for programs

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
• Minimum five years of experience in post-secondary education
• Solid understanding of university recruitment markets
• Proven supervisory and data management skills
• Availability for travel across Canada
