Subway is seeking a Senior Leasing Representative to manage a restaurant lease portfolio across Canada. You will negotiate renewals, review LOIs, and support the Real Estate team with risk mitigation and value-driven lease strategies.
Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in commercial leasing, robust analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with franchisees and landlords in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/French is a plus.
