Grey County's Long-Term Care department is recruiting permanent part-time Personal Support Workers at Rockwood Terrace in Durham, ON (Municipality of West Grey). This role reports to the PSW Coordinator and supports residents with daily living activities according to individualized care plans.
The position emphasizes teamwork with RPNs and RNs, adherence to MOHLTC regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation while fostering a compassionate, resident-centered workplace.
