Extendicare Medex in Ottawa, Ontario, seeks a Scheduling & Attendance Coordinator to manage work schedules, time and attendance, and coverage for unfilled shifts at the 193-bed LTC home. You will use Workday Scheduling to assign staff, validate hours for payroll, and support leave administration under the Operations Manager.
You bring post-secondary training in office or admin, experience with healthcare staffing, and solid Excel/Outlook skills.
