As a vital member of the Maintenance team, your role involves diagnosing, servicing, and ensuring the reliability of trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. With a foundation of structured onboarding and ongoing support, you'll grow professionally while keeping our equipment safe and compliant in challenging terrains.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy equipment
• Diagnose faults in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Complete major repairs and test equipment for safety
• Maintain accurate work orders and inspection records




• Collaborate with Operations and offer training to apprentices

Requirements:
• Journeyperson or Red Seal certification as Heavy Duty Equipment Technician
• At least three years of heavy equipment maintenance experience
• Familiarity with Peterbilt, Ford, or Caterpillar equipment
• Valid driver's license meeting insurance requirements
• Robust mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
