Halton Healthcare in Georgetown, Ontario, is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our complex transitional care team. This permanent part time position offers day/night, 12-hour shifts at our Georgetown site.
You will deliver patient-centered care for complex populations, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and uphold Halton Healthcare's commitment to exemplary patient experiences. The role requires current CNO registration, BLS, medication administration, IV and wound care
