As a Branch Manager at ONWA, you will supervise staff, oversee program delivery, and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise community services staff effectively
• Manage program delivery to ensure community member needs
• Develop successful funding proposals and manage budgets
• Facilitate partnership and community relationship building
• Ensure a culturally grounded and safe branch office
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Justice, or related field
• Minimum five years in a supervisory or management role
• Experience advocating for Indigenous women and families
• Robust leadership and crisis management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and databases
