Integratedcooling is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to partner with Krux customers, drive onboarding, training, and successful adoption of the platform. You will support implementation, troubleshoot issues, and maintain solid relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure customers gain maximum value from Krux solutions. Travel up to 30% may be required, and a hybrid work arrangement is possible after probation.
