Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually

Base salary of $4,000/month, plus commission and performance-based earnings

What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Experience

Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming way

Understand their needs and help them find the right vehicle

Deliver a low-pressure, high-trust buying experience

Follow up with leads and build your own pipeline

Generate business through referrals, networking, and community involvement





Set appointments and convert opportunities into sales

Product & Process

Learn and present vehicle features, options, and benefits

Conduct test drives and guide customers through purchase decisions

Work with the Finance team to complete deals smoothly

Relationship Building

Build long-term relationships with customers

Create repeat and referral business

Become a trusted advisor in your community

You’ll do well in this role if you:

Enjoy talking to people and building relationships

Are competitive and motivated to earn

Thrive in a rapid-paced, team environment

Take initiative and follow through

Experience:

Sales or customer service experience is an asset

Automotive experience is a bonus—but not required

We are open to training the right person

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Comfortable using technology and CRM systems

Ability to work evenings and weekends
