With a focus on best practices, you'll facilitate unit-level ward aide support while ensuring quality improvement and patient safety programs are effectively implemented. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the Medicine Ward Aide Team
• Oversee quality improvement and patient safety programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years clinical/management experience
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
