Schlegel Villages is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse for its Hamilton location. In this role, you will provide essential care, medication administration, and support to residents, embracing a compassionate approach. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Follow care plans while monitoring resident well-being




• Advocate for residents’ needs with the care team
• Collaborate during physician rounds to update care plans

Requirements:
• Current Heart Save Level of CPR certification
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Knowledge of Long-Term Care policies and legislation
• Understanding of emotional demands of RPN role
• MDS credentials or dementia care experience preferred
