As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will implement and develop essential training programs for operations teams. Your expertise will assist in conducting site risk assessments and creating corrective action plans in collaboration with site leadership. Additionally, you will play a key role in continuous improvement of health and safety performance at Corby.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver H&S; training programs and refreshers
• Conduct site risk assessments and mitigation strategies




• Manage compliance with health and safety regulations
• Track safety KPIs and incidents for improvement
• Support the onsite emergency response team

Requirements:
• 3+ years of safety management experience
• Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field
• Solid interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
