Les employés actuels du Réseau de la santé et services sociaux éligibles peuvent bénéficier d'un congé sans solde pour œuvrer dans un établissement nordique pouvant aller jusqu'à 60 mois.L'affichage en anglais suivra l'affichage en français.

Fonctions Spécifiques/Specific functions
Chargé(e) d’identifier les besoins de santé des personnes, de remplir les OEMC et ISO-SMAF, de contribuer aux méthodes de diagnostic, de prodiguer et de contrôler les soins infirmiers que requiert la promotion de la santé, la prévention de la maladie, le traitement, la réadaptation et les soins de fin de vie. La personne sera appelée à travailler selon l‘approche multidisciplinaire avec les intervenants de la réadaptation, des services sociaux, médical et des Family Helpers. Pourrait également être appelée à travailler dans les autres programmes du CLSC au besoin. Pourrait partager avec l’équipe d’infirmières en place d’un service de gardes 24/7 pour la clientèle. Responsible for identifying people’s health needs, filling in EOCs and ISO-SMAF, contributing to diagnostic methods, providing and monitoring nursing care required for health promotion, disease prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and end-of-life care.



The person will be called upon to work according to a multidisciplinary approach with rehabilitation, social services, medical and family helpers workers. Could also be called upon to work in other CLSC programs as needed. Could share with the team of nurses in place a 24/7 guard service for the clientele.

Exigences spécifiques/Specific Requirements

Membre en règle de l'O.I.I.Q.

Connaissance des OEMC et autres évaluations

BAC en en sciences infirmières ou un baccalauréat comportant 3 certificats admissibles dont au moins 2 certificats reconnus en soins infirmiers. L’absence de diplôme peut être compensé par une expérience pertinente de 3 ans en maintien à domicile;

Expérience de travail en région isolée et en milieu interculturel serait un atout

Expérience de travail de 6 mois en soins à domicile un atout

Connaissance du programme Homecare

Bilinguisme français/anglais parlé et écrit essentiel et Inuktitut un atout

Aptitude à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire

Capacité à établir une relation thérapeutique avec la clientèle

Sens de l’organisation, créativité, initiative et autonomie

Permis de conduire valideDisponibilité pour se promener dans les différents villages de la côte, selon les besoins de l’organisation

Member in good standing of theO.I.I.Q.

Knowledge of OEMC and other assessments

Bachelor’s degree in nursing sciences or a baccalaureate with 3 eligible certificates, including at least 2 recognized certificates in nursing.



The absence of a diploma may be compensated for by relevant 3-year experience in home support;

Experience working in isolated regions and an intercultural workplace would be an asset

6-month work experience in home care an asset

Knowledge of the Homecare program

Bilingualism in French/English spoken and written essential, and Inuktitut an asset

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Ability to establish a therapeutic relationship with clients

Organizational skills, creativity, initiative, and autonomy

Valid driver’s license

Availability to stroll through the various villages on the coast, according to the organization’s needs
