Morguard is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage the accounting for a portfolio of real estate investments and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
You will handle day-to-day transactions, bank reconciliations, budgeting for recoveries, and provide support to year-end processes while collaborating with property management and accounts receivable teams across a North American portfolio.
