Key Responsibilities:
• Complete general maintenance and repair work for residential units
• Perform property inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
• Install and remove lockboxes as needed




• Replace HVAC filters and conduct routine maintenance
• Document work with clear photos and digital inspection reports

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance or construction
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle for travel
• Basic English communication skills for transparent interaction
