Build the core of our work: web apps, internal tools, integrations, cloud systems, and the backends underneath.

01 Ship features end-to-end across the stack: TypeScript on the frontend, Node or Python on the backend, Postgres in the middle.

02 Own technical decisions on small projects; collaborate on architecture, cloud, and pipeline decisions for larger ones.

03 Sit close to the project manager and the client; write the change requests, push back on scope when it is right to.

04 Help with deployment, monitoring, support handoff, and production debugging when a project goes live.

What we're looking for

01 Three-plus years of qualified software development, with at least one shipped production product you can talk about in detail.

02 Strong TypeScript and React, comfortable in at least one backend ecosystem (Node, Python, or Go).

03 You read and write SQL fluently and can reason about database schemas.

04 You communicate clearly in writing — PRs, design docs, and async standups all feel natural.
