Realign Llc seeks a Full-Time QE with Contact Center Tools & Technology in Toronto, hybrid work 4 days/week. You will lead testing for Contact Center platforms, IVR automation, and API/UI automation using Cyara, Selenium, Postman, and Karate. Strong Java development experience and agile leadership are essential.
The role involves designing automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving releases for maintenance and enhancements in a fast-paced workplace.
