As a full-time Field Placement Officer, you will manage and coordinate student placements for the Early Childhood Education program across three semesters. Your role involves guiding students, Field Liaisons, and Agency Site Supervisors, ensuring effective communication and problem solving. This position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders in a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange and coordinate student placements annually
• Maintain relationships with field placement stakeholders
• Recruit recent placement sites to enhance opportunities
• Record and manage field placement data accurately
• Offer guidance and solutions to placement-related issues
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum two years experience in educational services
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Student Information Systems is an asset
