This is a place where people can flourish and grow their careers.Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and compliance of assigned locations. The Program Manager is accountable for program quality, staff supervision, operational oversight, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across their portfolio.This position acts as the primary decision-maker and escalation point for staffing, program, and compliance matters while maintaining strong relationships with families, government,
