AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide skilled nursing care in our long-term care residence. You will assess, monitor, and respond to residents’ needs, and supervise Personal Support Workers as directed by Nursing standards.
You will work with physicians and the health-care team to implement individualized care plans, ensuring dignity, respect and compassionate service to our residents. This role emphasizes teamwork and commitment to quality elder care.
