Join the Adult Inpatient Program as an Occupational Therapist I at the Centennial Centre for Mental Health and Brain Injury, enhancing patient care and recovery. This role focuses on client-centered assessments and rehabilitation in a supportive team workplace.

In this regular part-time position, you will manage referrals from multiple acute units, promoting both physical and mental health through tailored assessments and rehabilitation approaches. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to engage clients in meaningful occupations and support their independence in daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to improve clients' independence
• Develop client-centered rehabilitation plans
• Provide individual and group education sessions




• Collaborate in interdisciplinary team conferences
• Arrange necessary rehabilitation equipment for clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider certification
• Ability to work independently in an active setting
