310T Licensed Truck & Coach Technician (Afternoons)
At London Transit, our 310T Technicians play a vital role in ensuring our buses move people to their desired destinations comfortably and safely every day. Join our Fleet & Facilities team and help diagnose, troubleshoot and repair our state-of-the-art buses and keep them reliably on our roads, providing a outstanding service to our customers!
This posting is for an existing vacancy for our current afternoon shifts.
Afternoons – 3:00pm to 11:00pm (rotating weekends)
Salary, per the Collective Agreement
Afternoon Shift
$44.14 per hour (earn $55.18 per hour on Sundays)
Training & Licenses
Upgrade to the requisite C license provided by London Transit
Upgrade to the requisite Z endorsement is arranged and paid for by London Transit

Requirements
310T Mechanic License (Licensed Truck & Coach Technician)
G class Ontario Driver’s License (upgrade to C License provided if needed)
Upgrade to Air Brake (Z) endorsement (training arranged and paid for if needed)
Grade 12 Education or Equivalent (This document must meet the criteria for acceptable proof of Grade 12 or the equivalent)

Important: At the time of application, you are required to have in your possession the official documents confirming you meet the minimum qualifications of the job. Should a conditional offer of employment be extended to you, all three (3) of the following documents will need to be provided to London Transit:
Copy of your valid 310T license
Copy of your valid G class (or higher) Ontario Driver’s License
Police Information Check from the municipality in which applicants reside. If a records check reveals a criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted, the candidate will not proceed in the selection process for further assessment. Police Information Checks cannot be older than 14 days upon submission.
Candidates who interview with London Transit but are not selected must wait 1 year before re-applying.
