This 12-month fixed term role emphasizes community engagement and customer-focused service. Working a 36-hour week on a 5-day rota, you will conduct hotspot patrols, observe and report on issues, and serve as a qualified witness in court when necessary. Ideal candidates will have experience managing challenging behavior and promoting local safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hotspot patrols to deter anti-social behavior
• Observe and report on voids, repairs, and criminal damage
• Attend court as a professional witness when needed
• Engage with residents to build community confidence
• Support initiatives to improve local safety and security

Requirements:
• Full valid UK driver's license required
• Experience with challenging behavior management
• Ability to travel across the region as needed
• Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
• Eligible to work in the UK
