The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Technology & Support, focusing on critical infrastructure components including servers, virtualization, network services, and disaster recovery. Ideal for those with solid experience in enterprise technology, this role provides training and development opportunities to further advance your skill set and contribute positively to the BC health care system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer HEABC’s on-premises and hybrid technology infrastructure
• Maintain VMware infrastructure, including virtual machines and resource allocation




• Support Microsoft infrastructure services like Windows Server and Active Directory
• Monitor health, availability, and performance of infrastructure systems
• Plan routine maintenance for operating systems and hardware

Requirements:
• BSc in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Minimum five years in supporting enterprise infrastructure
• Expertise in Windows Server environments, Active Directory
• Experience with VMware and enterprise backup solutions
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
