As a Personal Lines Service Account Manager at Schill Insurance, you manage a high-volume book of Personal Lines clients and provide responsive, reliable service when they need us. You handle their day-to-day insurance needs while keeping files accurate and on track. As part of our centralized Service Team, you work closely with Personal Lines Account Managers across our branches to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent client experience.
Responsibilities
Client Service & Account Management
Respond to client calls, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Help clients understand their coverage, options, and next steps when questions or changes arise.
Manage renewals and ongoing account needs, including remarketing, policy changes, cancellations, payments, and eligible new business within established service guidelines.
Policy & Workflow Management
Process policy transactions accurately and in line with Schill procedures.
Maintain complete and accurate records in Epic, including timely documentation of client conversations and policy activity.
Prioritize activities and follow up on outstanding client, underwriting, and billing items within established service timelines.
Team Contribution
Work closely with Personal Lines Account Managers across our branches to ensure smooth client handoffs and follow-through.
Communicate clearly when additional client information, contact, or action is required.
Support Service Team teammates during peak periods and contribute to consistent, effective ways of working.
Knowledge & Development
Stay current on Personal Lines products, coverages, insurer requirements, systems, and market changes.
Use available resources and feedback to strengthen technical knowledge and service skills.
Proactively earn continuing education credits and continue developing within Personal Lines.

What You Know
Level 1 general insurance license, with a commitment to working towards Level 2
Working knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products, markets, and coverages
Comfort using Epic, insurer portals, and other tools used to manage client accounts
Understanding of documentation, accuracy, and E&O; requirements
