In this full-time, home-based role, you will engage with customers, answering service and billing inquiries, and handling First Notice of Loss calls. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries about policies
• Handle First Notice of Loss claim calls and document details




• Promote Allstate features during portfolio reviews
• Manage policy renewals and client inquiries effectively
• Upsell and cross-sell Auto and Property products as needed

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• OTL or General level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain
• 1-3 years customer service experience required
• Must be fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and English
• Proficient with MS Office applications
