You have a flair for breaking down complex issues into logical parts and constructing analyses driving actionable recommendations. In Technology Strategy You Will:
Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, defining strategy at the intersection of technology and business.
Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise.
Shape the role of technology in business strategies to drive growth and competitive advantage.
Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities through assessment of current technology capabilities and investments.
Define technology transformation strategies, target-state architectures, and technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Develop operating models and business cases leveraging emerging and disruptive technologies.
Lead technology architecture assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to create practical transformation plans across applications, infrastructure, platforms, and data.
Lead the creation of thought leadership and market-relevant insights on technology strategy and innovation.




Pressure-test assumptions made by leadership teams, including AI-generated insights.
Validate AI-assisted analysis with logic, experience, and domain knowledge.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, modeling, and scenario analysis.
Manage a single project or major workstream, driving overall team deliverables while supervising and mentoring team members.
Lead technology strategy, architecture assessment, blueprinting, and roadmap engagements for Energy industry clients.
Develop executive-level deliverables including technology strategies, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and target-state blueprints.
Build strong relationships with senior clients and begin developing C-suite relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on technology vision and transformation priorities.
Drive thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital efforts.
Travel as needed.
Minimum 1 year of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm.
Technology strategy
Technology transformation
Technology architecture
M&A; technology integration
Technology value realization and cost optimization
Minimum 5 years of experience developing business cases, technology strategies, or transformation roadmaps.
Experience developing technology architecture blueprints, target-state strategies, or transformation roadmaps.
A bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline.
Bonus Points If:
Experience serving Energy industry clients.
Experience with Technology Architecture Blueprint & Roadmap Definition.
Experience conducting technology architecture assessments and defining future-state architectures.
MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
Comfortable using AI tools for research, synthesis, and analysis.
Experience developing practical technology transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
