Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmacy roles across Ontario and BC
• Source and engage pharmacy and practitioner candidates
• Collaborate with Pharmacy and clinical leadership on hiring needs
• Ensure accurate candidate experience from outreach to offers
• Administer job postings and candidate systems in Ashby ATS
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years recruitment experience in a healthcare context
• Specialized experience with pharmacy roles preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies like OCP and CPBC
• Strong attention to candidate data management
• Proficient in modern HRIS platforms
