Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support a leading retail enterprise client through a large-scale Jira implementation and adoption initiative.

This individual will be responsible for owning the program roadmap, managing timelines and milestones, driving change management efforts, and ensuring successful adoption across multiple business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise programs, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving organizational change.

Experience with enterprise-wide Jira rollouts and agile transformation initiatives is highly preferred.

Skills and Requirements
- 6+ years within Program Management
-Experience driving enterprise Jira adoption and standardization, including establishing common ways of working, workflow standards, data quality practices, reporting frameworks, and change management across technology teams.
•Demonstrated ability to manage cross-domain dependencies and risks using established frameworks; experience leading resolution across organizational boundaries




• Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and portfolio reporting solutions that provide visibility into strategic initiatives, resource planning, financial management, delivery health, risks, dependencies, and operational performance.
- Atlassian Suite/Confluence experience
