Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support our enterprise retail client with their global operations by driving the execution of large-scale technology initiatives across multiple teams and business functions.

This individual will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional workstreams, managing incoming requests through Service

Now, and ensuring tickets, escalations, and projects are routed efficiently to the appropriate stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of technology delivery teams and a proven track record of streamlining operational processes, managing dependencies, and driving program execution from initiation through completion.

Skills and Requirements
-6+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager
- Proven track record of planning and delivering complex, large-scale technology programs across multiple teams and organizational boundaries
- Experience creating dashboards in PowerBI or Service Now
- Experience managing incoming requests through Service

Now, and ensuring tickets, escalations,



and projects are routed efficiently to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Understanding of delivery teams
- Experience with Atlassian Suite ( Jira and Confluence)
- Experience with LeanIX
