**Job Title: Assembler - Afternoon**
**Job Description**
This position involves assembling parts according to drawings and procedures using tools and fasteners.

Multiple positions are available, including Final Assembly and Inspection, Bench Assembler, and VBA Assembler responsible for sandblasting small parts.
**Responsibilities**
Perform a variety of subassembly and final assembly operations for units of varying shapes and sizes.

Follow established methods and procedures to assemble designated parts using hand and power tools and test equipment.

Conduct, analyze, and record test results to ensure quality standards are met.

Ensure all job requirements are fulfilled before the product leaves the work center.

Meet or exceed established production levels and participate in supplier development initiatives.
**Essential Skills**
1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly.

Proficiency in using blueprints, hand tools, and power tools.

Experience working with schematics and diagrams.

Ability to lift items weighing 50 pounds or more.

**Work Environment**
Work in a medium-sized manufacturing company with 6 assembly work stations, 8 welding cells, a paint booth, and an EPOXY mold department with over 10 machines.

The facility spans over 200,000 square feet, is very clean, and has bright lighting.

Training is conducted on the day shift for 1-4 weeks before transitioning to the afternoon shift.

The setting is well-lit with high ceilings.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity,



and other pertinent job-related factors.
