• Support fulfillment requests related to break-fix activities, outages, repairs, and new installations.
• Monitor inventory health and proactively address shortages, inconsistencies, or fulfillment risks.

Supply Chain Analytics & Problem Solving
• Analyze inventory, order, and fulfillment data to identify patterns, recurring issues, and process gaps.
• Create reports and dashboards that drive operational decision-making.

• Coordinate urgent requests and material escalations.
• Collaborate across Canadian and U.S. operations to resolve supply chain challenges.

• Utilize Excel, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and internal business systems to support logistics operations.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and process standardization.
• Help build scalable logistics solutions that support a rapidly evolving telecom environment.

Location: Vancouver, BC (Onsite 5 Days/Week)
Pay Rate: $32-$35/hr CAD
Contract Length: Initial 6 Months | Expected Extension Through 12 Months | Potential Long-Term Opportunities
Skills and Requirements
• 2+ years of logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or material coordination experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, reporting, and data analysis.
• Robust organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations,

field teams, or customer-facing stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and process improvement mindset.

The ideal candidate is not simply processing transactions.

They proactively identify problems, analyze trends, communicate effectively, and continuously improve the processes around them.

They are curious, resourceful, data-driven, and eager to become a trusted subject matter expert within the supply chain organization.
• Telecom, network infrastructure, or field services experience.
• Oracle Fusion experience.
• Salesforce experience.
• Inventory control, inventory analytics, or supply chain reporting experience.
• Experience supporting high-availability operations and critical infrastructure environments.

Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity and analytics tools.
