Make a difference as a part-time Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist with Strides Toronto, supporting youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Work remotely or in office to enhance communication and daily living skills.

As a part-time ABA Therapist, you will work directly with children and youth diagnosed with ASD. This role focuses on delivering individual and group ABA sessions, improving interpersonal skills, behaviour management, and providing caregiver training. Your expertise in ABA will support both the youth and their families in building essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver ABA services to children and youth
• Communicate regularly with caregivers on client progress
• Create individualized client behaviour plans




• Develop and implement caregiver education materials
• Keep accurate client records and data

Requirements:
• 3-year diploma or degree in Behavioural Science
• 2 years of ABA experience with children and youth
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder principles
• Familiarity with Ontario Autism Program
• Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
