This position reports to the Plant Manager and is essential for ensuring protected and reliable operations in the new commercial-scale facility. You will engage closely with engineering and maintenance teams during both commissioning and steady-state operations. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in industrial environments and have a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate plant equipment and systems per safety standards
• Support the commissioning, start-up, and shutdown processes
• Monitor process parameters and conduct routine inspections




• Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:
• Technical diploma in industrial operations or equivalent
• 2-5 years as a plant or process operator
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and process equipment
• Ability to work rotating shifts and all weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills
